Ebt hot foods accepted here.Great customer service from the young man at the counter, did not make me or anyone else that was using the program feel like we're below society like some of the other restaurants that accept the program.Rare to see and receive great customer service especially from the service workers of today. Praise YAHUAH the LORD!!
Employees are always polite and friendly. Managers are very accommodating.. especially Gabby and her team. They always get my dads burrito perfect. This is the only El Pollo Loco he wants his burrito from every day!… 7 years and counting!

Yesterday was our staff Winter Party. El Pollo Loco catered it for us. The food was amazing, the servce was wonderful. They were already packing up our food, I didn't wait long at all, maybe 5 minutes. Store # 3283 is the only El Pollo Loco I go to!
