I had the best avocado bowl ever on Sunday it was obvious the person who made it made it with love ✨✨✨✨ I wish the people during the week had the same motivation and love in their hearts as the person who works on Sunday….. unfortunately on this Thursday afternoon … I got an Avocado bowl….. with no avocados in it …. And this is all the corn I got…. Whoever made this obviously counted the corn one by one by the looks of how it was made….

Yesterday was our staff Winter Party. El Pollo Loco catered it for us. The food was amazing, the servce was wonderful. They were already packing up our food, I didn't wait long at all, maybe 5 minutes. Store # 3283 is the only El Pollo Loco I go to!

Worst customer service! So we order a family meal, with extra sides extra salad extra macaroni and we receive less no macaroni and “cold” food the only warm food was the mashed potatoes and rice. We called multiple times and was hung up on. We also tried to call customer service but they were closed. We do have the general managers name now, but that will wait until the morning time until further investigation. It’s not right to serve cold food when it’s supposed to be “hot”!

Ebt hot foods accepted here.Great customer service from the young man at the counter, did not make me or anyone else that was using the program feel like we're below society like some of the other restaurants that accept the program.Rare to see and receive great customer service especially from the service workers of today. Employees are always polite and friendly. Managers are very accommodating.. especially Gabby and her team. They always get my dads burrito perfect. This is the only El Pollo Loco he wants his burrito from every day!… 7 years and counting!
Gabby the manager is very pleasant and the staff is amazing always going out of their way to accommodate. My father loves this place we get lunch for him every morning food is great and fresh to order

Just went thru the drive thru, I ordered a quesadilla. Got to the window the girl charge me $32 dollars... I was like ... I just ordered a quesadilla.. and with the worst attitude she retook my order. . Like it was my fault that she made a mistake... I told her with no pico and she just rolled her eyes at me.

The chicken here is fantastic. The breading has great flavor, and the chicken is soft and juicy. All of the sides are great as well. 10/10 would reccomend.
