“This is our go to El Pollo Local and its worth every visit. The food has been delicious and cooked to the right temperature. The staff on every occasion has been so welcoming and helpful when needed. Always with a great attitude they pass along the good energy. Luke helped me twice in one day and both times he made sure my order was correct and that I received enough salsa for my food. On another occasion Harlee helped me make sure my reward was entered properly in the kiosk because apparently I needed assistance 😆. My food was again tasteful and temperature was just right. “First time trying this place, went with Mild flavor being the first time as I wasn't sure on the spice, but would definitely try Medium next time as Mild wasnt of any spice to me.
Didn't like their buns much, but they sauces were good, will be back again to try higher spice levels.“

My go-to is the sandwich at a medium-hot level with a side of fries, and it's never let me down. Staff are friendly and quick even during busier lunch hours. It's not a sit-down fancy experience by any means, more of a quick casual stop, but for what it's going for it nails the execution every time. If you're a fan of Nashville-style heat, this is a solid, reliable option.“
