I occasionally hear people say that it's impossible to mess up fried chicken. Those people haven't been to the Coop. I was excited to learn about a new local fried chicken spot; now I count the days before this 'ghost kitchen' is replaced. The chicken tastes as though it was frozen, covered in all purpose flour, fried without seasoning, and served (take a peak at the picture).
