No debit service in drive thru and missed items in my order after I walked in to order. Other people returned because of missing items as well.
It was my first time at this store and I had a good experience. Staff are very nice and accomodating. Store is clean. Prices are fair.
This particular location had better service than the location that's near my house, which made it a better experience overall but still seemed rather expensive for what you got

El Pollo Loco is a family-friendly restaurant serving yummy food, including their popular family pack. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The restaurant has improved significantly in cleanliness and food taste. The employees are happy and eager to help, even going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Customers have praised the service, particularly mentioning a cashier and manager named Jose for their great customer service and attention to detail.
However, some recent experiences have highlighted areas for improvement. One customer noted that their order of 2 double chicken tostada salads arrived quickly but lacked salsa and extra dressings, which left them wishing for better communication options through the ordering app. Another customer expressed frustration over receiving only 2 pieces of chicken instead of 3 and a mix-up with the side items. Despite this, they appreciated the manager's effective response to the issue and reaffirmed that the food is always fresh. Overall, El Pollo Loco continues to be a place where many enjoy delicious meals and happy service.
