Ricardo was exceptional very friendly like a friend at home
I wanted to take a moment to recognize the hard work of the associates working the drive-thru at KFC today (March 15, 2026, around 5:40–6:00 PM).
I came through the drive-thru with my children to order dinner. When we arrived at the speaker, the gentleman kindly asked us to give them a moment and explained they were understaffed. He was very respectful and communicated that clearly, which I appreciated.

This restaurant stands out for its best customer service and tasty fast food. However, some visitors have noted that the entrance to the drive-thru can be confusing. The food is great, with polite and courteous staff, but some customers have experienced slow service and greasy food. Some customers have had issues with ordering and availability of certain menu items, such as missing coleslaw from an Eight piece meal with two sides and 4 biscuts. Some customers have experienced no answer when calling. Soraya and Sariah were mentioned for patient and kind customer service. The staff is very nice and respectful and give you your food within a timely manner. The place looks incredibly clean the second you walk in.
