New location and already can't complete an order correctly, came here 3 times now and they don't give any sauce even when asked they forget 2 seconds later, forgot my soda then gave me the wrong soda

Did an online order, (I work across the street), and it tasted really fresh, hot, and they were quick!! They didn't carry the main item I ordered (from the app) but the substitute was great none-the-less.Definitely coming back.

The place is new but I think they lack responsible people who like to do their job. When we arrived the tables were dirty while we were in the place a family left after eating there and they never came out to clean the table. We still lasted 20 minutes and they never left. No one showed up to clean it, the conversation was very good because in the kitchen area you could hear the conversation and the laughter of the workers, the trash cans were full, the truth is it's a shame that because of employees like these they are going to lose customers.

We ate here on Monday 02/19/24 at approximately 4:30 PM and we were truly impressed with the Service the moment we walked in. The Young Man working at the counter made us feel welcome, was patient and assisted us with ordering. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our dining experience. The atmosphere was inviting and the food was delicious. Great Job!!!! God Bless!!!!

My food was super fresh! Them new fryers are popping out some tasty chicken. Only problem is I got the wrong order, I would've been mad but I actually ended up with an extra side I didn't want to pay for haha. I get it they're new, and figuring things out. I'll come back again.

I thought I would give this new KFC a try, but I was very disappointed. Firstly, they had no original recipe chicken, and after a 20-minute wait, I opted for the spicy chicken sandwich combo. I also ordered a 4-piece biscuit and Dr Pepper. However, when I got home, they only gave me 2 biscuits, charged me for 4, and the soda was warm with very little ice. Additionally, I ordered another chicken sandwich with no pickles, but they also messed that up. They have lost my business.

I thought I would try this place out since it just opened. How is all of my food ice cold? The fries are stale. The sandwich is cold and meat is hard. The mac is rubbery. Has the food been sitting out packaged all night? Who knows. I will definitely not be coming back to this Kfc. The drive thru wait was long for no one being there.
