I always prefer Flame broiler over Waba but occasionally decide to give it another try. I order the Tofu every time and it looked like they barely even cooked it. I had to come home and recook it, it was almost mush like when I received it. I know it's not like real meat where you can't get sick off it not being cooked all the way but not at all appealing the way it was given.
I've been coming here for years and never really had issues until today. The quality of the food was good but it's ridiculous to charge $8.89 for a chicken bowl and only get 3.5 ounces of chicken. The mini bowl had 2.3 ounces. I understand the cost of labor, food and overhead have gone up but to charge almost $9 for a bowl of rice is absurd. When i asked the staff member about the amount of chicken her response was " we cut down on portions, but you could order a side of chicken".

Service was fast and friendly but my bowl was lacking Salmon/rice/veggies. The cost of going out to eat is getting higher-I get it. Inflation. I was contemplating grabbing food and decided to grab a Salmon veggie bowl. My mistake. It had two measly strips of salmon smh.
