i've resisted writing this for probably six months, but after the third time of being majorly shorted fries and treated marginally at best by the girls taking our order it's time to let the management know..chick-fil-a service, quality and consistency is always outstanding so i'm shocked when it's not & at least the last 3 visits have left us feeling underwhelmed..this was supposedly our "large fry". picture below..
Had Chick-fil-a once before and wasn't very impressed. This second visit didn't change that. Got the spicy chicken with a fry. The fries were ok, pretty soggy for my taste. The sandwich with the house hot sauce was still pretty plain. Was delivering to the college when my coworker and me stopped in. Both of us pretty much said the same thing. Absolutely love coming home this location, the staff is always so nice & helpful. Glad they fixed the car issue because it was so chaotic! Now it's much easier to maneuver through.
