The specialty breads for made to order sandwiches are nice. My favorite is the pretzel bread, usually available on Wednesdays. The Wok area has your choice of noodles/rice, veggies, meats and sauces for your made to order stir fry. Nice staff and ambience on the outside patio with fountain and fire pit.
Briscos carries made to order sandwiches and Asian food. The sandwiches are pretty good, they have an assortment of meats and other toppings to customize whatever type of sandwich you want. I love that thy offer to toast the sandwiches as well (hello, grilled cheese!). The veggies are not always the freshest or most flavorful, and the assortment isn't amazing, but they have the standard stuff. The Asian food is not the best. The rices can be dry and the fried rice is very bland....read full review

Like every other food option on the CBU campus, Briscos is always delicious. Even after living here for 3 years I still haven't become tired of eating here. If you've been to a sandwich shop then you'll be familiar with the menu here. Plenty of options for meat, cheeses, sauces, toppings, and breads. Chances are whatever sandwich you're craving, you can make it here.
