Excellent service I sent my 2 sons in and they said the manager was very nice and helped them out
The ordering and picking up system is ridiculously bad! The orders are never ready on time or even close to on time. No body knows how to form a line because the waiting area is so small. The staff helps guests that just cut in line to ask for stuff instead of the people who have been waiting for ever. More organization would be very helpful.
