I was there for the first time lovely place good food and excellent service.
My wife and I stopped by Chimak House Riverside close to closing time, and we had a fantastic experience.
The meal started with the coleslaw and ranch, and honestly, they were so delicious that they could have been a meal on their own. I ordered the 6-piece wing plate with potatoes, and it definitely did not disappoint. The Lemon Pepper wings were absolutely on point, and the Sweet & Sour wings were just as flavorful.

Great food. Chicken is crispy and very flavorful. Skillet is filling and delicious. A little hard to spot, entrance was on the opposite side of the building.

Chimak House Riverside - Korean Fried Chicken & Soul Food is hands down the best Korean fried chicken and beer spot in Riverside today. The name itself is loosely translated as chicken and beer. The food is amazing and everything you need is here. For a bad day or a good day, Chimak is the place. The double fried method keeps the crunch going. The garlic soy flavor is nice and savory, and the sweet and mild is nice and tangy. SOY GARLIC IS THE BEST FLAVOR. The do it yourself soju cocktail kit is fun, and the kimchi rice balls are super delicious and super delectable. The rice cake and dog skewer is a must try, and the spam fries are super crispy and light. The bulgogi plate is top tier. Some say the bulgogi is too sweet or a little bland, and the kimchi could have more flavor. The atmosphere is great with a cool bar like atmosphere, decorated with southern charm. The staff is attentive, and the service is always great. The food takes a bit to get to you sometimes, and they might be out of stuff, but it is so worth it. This is a small mom and pop place.
