The food is amazing and everything you need is here. For a bad day or a good day, Chimak is the place. The double fried method keeps the crunch going. The garlic soy flavor is nice and savory, and the sweet and mild is nice and tangy. SOY GARLIC IS THE BEST FLAVOR. The do it yourself soju cocktail kit is fun, and the kimchi rice balls are super delicious and super delectable. The rice cake and dog skewer is a must try, and the spam fries are super crispy and light. The bulgogi plate is top tier. Some say the bulgogi is too sweet or a little bland, and the kimchi could have more flavor. The atmosphere is great with a cool bar like atmosphere, decorated with southern charm. The staff is attentive, and the service is always great. The food takes a bit to get to you sometimes, and they might be out of stuff, but it is so worth it. This is a small mom and pop place.
