My husband took me to a restaurant in ocean side for one of my birthdays one year and we had the best sausage we’ve ever tried and asked them what they used... they told us about this family owned business in temecula so a few years back we went and picked ourselves up some sausages!!!! We’ve gone back multiple times and absolutely love everything! The owners are the sweetest people and make you feel so loved and they truly appreciate our business every single time we go....read full review

This place is amazing. If you've never been to Mad Mike's before it's definitely a diamond in the rough out here in Temecula. Great food ,great sausages , great comfort food and overall wonderful customer service. Definitely recommend this place to anybody who's in the area or if you're having an event they cater as well.

First found this company at a bluegrass event in temecula . Tried their sausage there, it was pretty good. Visited there store in Temecula and bought the Sweet Apple Chipotle Rub. That turn out good also. Only issue with it was it's come in a small 4 ounce bottle. Was trying it on a 4 lb tri tip. Not enough for the meat. Should have gotten several bottles
