“I ordered food from the drive-thru. The cashier tried to overcharge me due to her reasoning that I should have told her the online code, which I did say to the lady who took my order. During food handling, medium French fries look definitely small French fries, which. As seen in the picture, the staff put a little bit of French fries, and the texture of the fries is dry and old, or maybe for them, it is well-done. The staff, named Shaun, helped me, and he replaced the order, even when I told him just to add a little bit of french fries to the container instead. Shaun also instructed the other staff members to fill the french fries to the top. The two chicken sandwiches I ordered were fantastic, freshly cooked chicken with extra lettuce and pickles at no additional charge—excellent customer service despite being busy.“

“Food is good, had a hard time through drive through. Very slow 30 minutes to get.to window. Once there they did not.have of my food and said I canceled on my ap order. However my receipt showed they were charging me. I asked for a refund or other food to make it up and they acted with an attitude before giving a refund.“
“I might not be the best person to rate McDonalds overall. This is the location closest to my home so service varies, sometimes good, sometimes poor. As for food, we all know McDonalds is not the place for healthy food. My kids love chicken nuggets and fries, I love it’s caramel frappe. The good side is that McDonalds hires our teens. We all remember how hard our first job was, how nerve wrecking. I believe McDonalds contributes to the community that way, so I will continue going, being patient, checking my orders for missing items and doing it all with a big, kind smile“
