McDonald's in Mission Viejo

“A suggestion, employees should be wearing gloves when handling coffee lids. On more than one occasion I have received a coffee that smelled of something other than coffee - cigarette smoke, perfume, something else I would rather not guess at. The reality is when an employee uses their hand to seal coffee cup which is a surface that will ultimately end up at a customers lips, bacteria, oders, and other compounds get passed on. This seems to be a great way to pass germs. All that being said, I absolutely hate it when I get a cigarette smelling coffee.“

“Very very Quick service, yes, even for a McDonalds the Drive thru is fast, even better the food quality and preparation is right on point, the best it can be every single time. This is a special location managed so well, this franchise owner is on top of things with a capable team from top to bottom. (No soggy fries here) They are perfect each and every time, since the opening of this location I have yet to be disappointed with anything or had anything but perfection. I've been to McDonalds around the world, been to every Hawaii location, but always love coming home after months/years at a time to have a properly prepared McDonalds meal or even just some fries and Oreo Mc flurry . A+++
