“Headed out on a busy Monday morning and Christian Anderson have 110% service with a smile! The line was at least 15 people deep and he continuously told Everyone with a smile on his face that he would be right with them. He was working the register and the coffee machine all by himself. The ladies in the back were hustling so hard trying to get the food out as quick as possible. Unfortunately the coffee machine broke in the middle of him making coffees. He smiled and said- I’m so sorry the hot coffee machine is broken but can I offer you iced? This guy had minimal help and continue to give great customer service in a conflict. He deserves a raise and a huge thank you!“
“This has become my favorite McDonald's for my trips to Disneyland. Honestly, I’ve never experienced such fast Curbside service before—hot food, excellent customer service, and beautiful food presentation; that is exactly what I received today! Thank you so much—my happy day started right at breakfast.“
“This location provided excellent customer service. There was an employee waiting to assist you with the ordering kiosk, I've never seen that before. She was very pleasant and helpful. The food was good, hot, fresh and presentable. The restaurant itself has some slight noticeable wear & tear, but was clean & in good order so overall we had a great experience. Good job team!“
“Great experience at this McDonald's inside SNA. Food was great and to-order. The service really stood out. The man running the cash register was actually standing between two registers and running them both at the same time. I've never seen that before. It helped move the line quickly, and he was friendly and professional as he managed to do it. They serve breakfast until 10:30a (at least on weekdays), so you'll have to order a McMuffin instead of McNuggets for your 11am flight!“

“this is the restaurant I was at that morning after Costa mesa Home Depot display reset shift. The site boss ending the shift after 8 hours saying that he doesnt allow overtime. Than jrw for armani Caffè has me wk. the same overnight shift and the billing shows overtime and dbl. time. My supervisory is is playing with the labor to make an emphasis as if the management capacity has extra effort? Caught in a net! Mcd's was cool, 2 for 6 eggmc's. Fresh food.“
“This location is always friendly, but I do have to ask for everything fresh if I dont somtimes I get cold frys,who wants cold frys, or a sandwich thats cold.
I have been visiting this location since 2012 as I work at John Wayne Airport.
Unfortunately 80%of the time they say the icecream machine does not work. Right now we're going on 3 months straight .
I visit the restaurant after 8p.m. now .
But the daytime shift says the same about 50% of the time.
Overall I love this Mc Donalds when the food is fresh.
There are 2 employees that have been there for the longest time and are always so welcoming.
1 is a younger kid with slick back hair,he's Hispanic and im blind so I never get his name. He's been there atleast 5 years.
The awsome manager that makes my experience great also is Salvador ,middle aged, handsome bald mexican .
He always finds a way to make you laugh or smile.
I believe he's promoted to manger, and if I ever have an issue ,he makes it right.
I ordered 3 weeks ago 2 double cheeseburgers. I got 2 single burgers .
Not only did he replace the order , he gave me a refund for the invoice on my next order.“

“Good overall experience. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from McDonald’s. Service was quick, and the staff seemed organized even during a busy time.
The place was clean, and the order was prepared correctly without any issues, which I really appreciate.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can get a bit crowded, and the atmosphere isn’t always the most comfortable during peak hours.
Still, a reliable spot when you want something fast and consistent.“
“Emily is such a sweet worker there. I don’t know her personally but she helped me with menu questions I had. She also brought my food to curbside. She’s such a sweet girl and very helpful, you can tell me puts effort into making everything right.

“Earlier today, I ordered breakfast and coffee from this location and everything was great with no issues at all. Later at lunch, I ordered a gold snack wrap and fries. Before leaving, I quickly checked the bag to make sure ketchup was included, which it was, so I didn’t look any further. However, when I opened the bag, I noticed my gold snack wrap was missing, and instead there was a gold sauce that I hadn’t ordered.
I went back to the restaurant and let them know. The staff handled it well and they immediately gave me my snack wrap and even remade the fries. The service was very quick , so I believe the snack wrap had probably been prepared but just didn’t make it into the bag.
Because of their helpful response, I’m giving this location 4 stars.“
