“Headed out on a busy Monday morning and Christian Anderson have 110% service with a smile! The line was at least 15 people deep and he continuously told Everyone with a smile on his face that he would be right with them. He was working the register and the coffee machine all by himself. The ladies in the back were hustling so hard trying to get the food out as quick as possible. Unfortunately the coffee machine broke in the middle of him making coffees. He smiled and said- I'm so sorry the hot coffee machine is broken but can I offer you iced? This guy had minimal help and continue to give great customer service in a conflict. He deserves a raise and a huge thank you!“
“I've been wanting to review this McDonald's for a while now. Every time I come the crew is always very polite and kind to me. The fries are the best they are always so fresh along with the sweet tea if you're a sweet tea lover like me! it never taste funky or watery. honestly the best McDonald's I've been to :)“

She made a mistake with the customers bill for the person in front of me. When I got to the window, she explained to me that she had changed him my bill, and that she has to Re-do my bill and how she corrected the price for the item that I received at a discount.If they had more people like her work at the drive thru, they would only get good ratings.Many of the other ladies at the first window in the morning don't smile and have very bad attitudes“
“If there is one thing this McDonald's does well its delivering consistency. No matter what time of day I visit their customer service, speed, and food quality is always the same. I'm in and out of the drive thru in less than 4 minutes with the correct order, friendly service and fresh hot food (as far as fast food goes). “One employee didn't wash his hands after using restroom. He also did diarrhea in the urinal on the wall because the toilet was in use by a customer. This employee then was seen handling food and management did nothing after being informed of the employees behavior or hygiene habits or lack of I should say.“

“Been going to McDonald’s for over a decade and I can honestly say this was the best one I’ve ever been at for the food. Service was pretty rough but food was well cooked, fresh (as McDonald’s can get), tasted and seasoned great. Maybe it was just a late night but honestly would come back to the location.“

“Being in the drive thru the atmosphere was my car.. It did take a while for 2 hot and spicy chicken sandwiches that have shrunk in size. Also there was no other chicken or fish option on this day. There was 3 cars waiting for orders in the stalls so I waited at the window. I did get a handful of sweet and sour and BBQ sauce though...“
