McDonald's in Buena Park

“I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience really stood out in a bad way. I visited Buena Park McDonald’s recently, and while the food was standard and service time was okay, I was shocked to hear loud swearing and inappropriate conversations coming from the employees in the back. It was extremely unprofessional, especially in a family-friendly place where kids are present.

Everyone deserves to let off steam at work, but there’s a time and place—and loudly dropping F-bombs within earshot of customers is not it. I hope management addresses this, because it reflects poorly on the brand and the experience.“

“Stop here semi-regularly for lunch after work. Always place mobile order in advance and Cynthia is always there at the counter with my order when I get there with a smile. She’s half the reason I come to this location, she’s familiar with a lot of the regulars during the lunch rush and knows everyone’s names and provides great service ❤️“

“My Daughter and I frequent this location on Saturdays as we run errands. A week ago we visited for our usual Iced Caramel coffee. They're always on point except this last time. There was no caramel, and we had already driven off. We called the location and spoke with the manager about it, she didn't hesitate to say to come back in for a replacement. Today we did that and they were on point. The staff here is very nice and very professional. If you're looking for a quick bite you may want to avoid peek hours as this location is right next to Knotts. The reason I gave a 3 on atmosphere is because the new architecture is not my flavor but they keep it very clean. Keep up the good work guys.“
