“I mainly Door Dash for this one of many fast food places, when I Dash. They are always clean, and clean restrooms. There are a few times the order was late, but they were slammed those few times. If you dine in they take the food to you and clean the table when your done. The drive through is really fast, as well if you preorder online. And ample parking. Overall One of the good ones. As of the time I'm w are writing this, the icecre machine is down, but they can still make shakes.“

“If you like McDonalds it's good. This one was dirty. All tables were dirty. Floor was dirty.

It's one the the new style of customers service. Where all the employees are in the back. You can't see them. You can stand there at the counter for up to 15mn waiting to talk to someone. This is the worst idea McDonalds has come up with. When you actually get an employee to appear. They seem annoyed that you caught them.“

“Pulled up to get a carry out order but my app froze when I hit order, so I was forced to go in and wait in line. Not too busy here today, but the drive-thru was jammin. The place was really clean, no trash on the tables or floor or counters. The staff were courteous and helpful and efficient and fast. I intended to get a fish sandwich but noticed it was only 10 am and therefore would have to purchase from the breakfast menu. My sausage and egg McMuffin was nice and hot and my coffee was black and strong and delicious. Great meal, fast and easy affordable. This McDonald's is very clean and tidy, no complaints from me....enjoy!!“

“Around 10:20am 8/18/2026 we pulled up to drive thru and was respectfully greeted by a young beautiful lady. She took our order and said Hello good morning welcome back. To my wife, who was the one ordering.
We pulled up to first window and greeted with an amazing smile. We were told the price and then given a smile with have a wonderful day. Sorry I didn't get her name, but she is always awesome. Besides, she was being awesome again taking someone else's order.
When we get to the 2nd window for our food and drink. We are greeted with another wonderful smile. This young woman's name is Melissa. Always smiling and giving us warm welcomes. She is such a great customer service person to have at your window.
Also, I'd like to add that every time we go there and there's a young manager named Elijah. That manager is super awesome. Every single time we go there the service is top notch.
Whatever he tells his employees, it is working. Elijah is a great manager and the team that works with him shines through.“

“Okay, let me tell you this McDonald's. Has the best service on earth in Phoenix a z there is never a caramel macchiato, even though they offer it here.They make it just how you want it with extra caramel, drizzle and delicious sandwiches with the steak and the grilled onion try to go to arizona and get that.I'm telling you right now.Every single person that works there treats you like, you're at a five star restaurant.When you're really at mcdonald's, come to anaheim, enjoy some good mealing, and I'll tell you right now.I'm not playing.I eat burgers like a mug and this is the place to go to get that high class service.I don't know if it's because disney's right around the corner.But if it is, it deserves to be in the park, that's how good it is.And the service at disneyland sucks compared to this mcdonald's i love you mcdonald's, please.I love you“

“I really enjoy coming to this mcdonalds because the employees are friendly and they have never once messed up one of my orders. They usually have friendly attitudes and do their best to ensure customer saftisfaction. I love the deals avaliable through their app, I would highly recommend using it if you aren't already. Saves you a decent amount of money plus you can earn points that can be exchanged for free food. It doesn't happen too often but sometimes the app can be a pain in the butt to use, so if you plan to redeem any deals, I recommend only getting it ready to generate your codes once you actually arrive at the location you plan on ordering from, to save you any headaches. If you attempt to use a deal and generate a code for it and it disappears, the app will think you already used it and won't let you generate a new code for 25 mins which can be irritating. Oh and, this place accepts ebt too, which is an additional plus for me.“

“This place needs more workers and better management!! Workers were struggling, there was a lot of orders both outside in the drive through and in the store. The Young adults were trying to get their orders out and no help. NORMALLY, managers have to come out and help when the store is very busy BUT it seemed like there was none around because when other costumers asked for the manager, they looked like deers in a headlight. PLEASE DO BETTER MCDONALDS!!! Have better leadership! The young workers don’t deserve to be treaded rudely by costumers because they have no help“

“I come here late at night for my go to order, crispy sprite with chicken nuggets ( I have a palate of a five year old at night, fight me). The late staff has always been nice. You'll see some unhoused people but they mostly keep to themselves. Lines get long here and you won't be able to get out of the drive through once you're in it, so commit. ?“
