Lady at the register whom said she was the manager had a frustrated look on her face when she realized we didn't want to use the kiosk to order. When I approached her with my issue her answer was "I DONT KNOW" now I thought it's was the managers duty to be in the "know" any this manager refused to even try to find out the answer for me. It's just not worth coming here anymore
I wouldn't really recommend this McDonald's unless your really craving it, even then it's better just to drive to another location.Multiple times they have gotten my order wrong for the simplest orders. I ask for a simple 10 piece nugget combo and a Adult Happy Meal, only for them to forget about the 10 nuggets. McDonald's is always gross. However the mocha frappe are the best thing there, the French fries are good IF they're hot and they have a strawberry and creme pie that's so flipping good. Other than that. I'd go ANYwhere else.
