I don't know if it's management doesn't teach their employees how to say please and thank you or if it's just the quality of the people they hire. Their food is the same as it was 15 years ago so there's nothing new there. But it would be nice for them to take customer service to the next level like some of their competitors.Dietary restrictions: Unfortunately, if you are a vegan or a vegetarian, there really are no options for you, especially since they have taken away salads. For those of us who are pescatarians, there's always the fish sandwich.“
