I hope his upper management sees this and promptly promotes him into upper management.“
“I'd have given them a five star rating but the parking lot is quirky. The service is a four star because they got my hubby's chocolate hot latte wrong. Didn't rate the atmosphere because never entered the place. But it's conveniently located near the 405 off of Brookhurst so that's a plus.“
