McDonald's in Irvine

“As somebody who also works in customer service, I understand how essential (and difficult [at times]) it is to consistently maintain a positive attitude. That being said, David has easily been one of the best employees I've interacted with. I come here quite frequently, and he always speaks with much enthusiasm. Many of you drive-through folks might know who I'm referring to (yes, the one who is always high energy, be it day or night). I intend to keep coming, because it's those kinds of employees who make it worth it.“

“my mom and I went order to a drive thru to order meals for our family and I want to get apple pies but then the employee said “Fried apple pies” I was confused like “fried” just want regular I went to the app to see if it is fried or regular like the usually they sell. it just fried so you know what it probably the same taste just fried after we got our meals, I went to eat the apple pie it wasn’t good at all like taste of inside is stale not the same as the regular apple pie they used to sell. But the employee were friendly and respectful:)“

“Standard McDonald’s with just enough seating and good service. Rest room available for customers. You can order at one of several kiosks or at the counter. This McDonald’s still has a self serve soft drink dispensers. Dining room hours are limited, opening late at 7 am. Given its proximity to Orange County Airport, limited dining room hours are surprising. Drivers through is open earlier and closes later than dining room.“

“This McDonald location has an exceptional human being working here. Their name is Lulu. She was super sweet, welcoming, and attentive. I was with my family when we came into this McDonalds for breakfast she greeted us immediately and took care of us like we were family. This location is very lucky to have someone who cares about a genuine human to human experience.“
