McDonald's in Irvine

“Hi went to this McDonald’s yesterday in Irvine got a Big Mac medium meal with dr. Pepper no ice , medium fries,& an apple pie for $12.60 total I just earned points in the McDonalds app yesterday, clean , spacious, friendly, delicious foods too .“

“I’m going to say something that some people may not like, but it needs to be said. I’ve noticed that some immigrants who come to America don’t seem to understand how restaurant ratings work here. There is nothing wrong with being an immigrant—that’s not the point. But if you come to a new country, you should take the time to learn how things work before judging businesses and leaving ridiculous reviews.

I see people write, “The food was good, the restaurant was clean,” and then give ONE STAR because they had a problem with the service. Seriously? If the food was good and the place was clean, how does that make the entire restaurant a one-star experience?

Learn how to rate before you rate. A review should reflect the overall experience, not one complaint. These businesses have employees working hard, and throwing around one- and two-star ratings for every little issue is unfair and makes the entire review system meaningless.

Being new to America is nothing to be ashamed of. But refusing to learn how things work and then judging everything around you? That’s a different story. Wake up, learn the system, and be fair.“

“my mom and I went order to a drive thru to order meals for our family and I want to get apple pies but then the employee said “Fried apple pies” I was confused like “fried” just want regular I went to the app to see if it is fried or regular like the usually they sell. it just fried so you know what it probably the same taste just fried after we got our meals, I went to eat the apple pie it wasn’t good at all like taste of inside is stale not the same as the regular apple pie they used to sell. But the employee were friendly and respectful:)“

treated with great respect the employees carry themselves very well great team overall this location is one of the best McDonald's I've been to...“

“Standard McDonald’s with just enough seating and good service. Rest room available for customers. You can order at one of several kiosks or at the counter. This McDonald’s still has a self serve soft drink dispensers. Dining room hours are limited, opening late at 7 am. Given its proximity to Orange County Airport, limited dining room hours are surprising. Drivers through is open earlier and closes later than dining room.“

“These McDonalds service men and service women work their asses off everyday until 11 pm—and even later until midnight, mopping the floors, hoisting up the chairs, managing the electric equipment. They work like the rest of society’s contributors. We appreciate them. We eat the food they serve us and enjoy it.
