“Gone are the days of free drink refills, children’s play areas, and in-restaurant games. Now the entire front counter is self-serve kiosks, and the staff seems annoyed if you actually want them to take your order. It’s as if McDonald’s really wants families to eat somewhere else.“
“I had an amazing experience here! The customer service was outstanding — warm, friendly, and very professional. Manager Jasmine went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Kady brought our food right out, and even though they were very very busy, Robin made sure my drink was delivered right to our table. You can tell the whole team truly takes pride in their work and cares about their customers. The restaurant was spotless and had such a welcoming atmosphere. It’s rare to find a place that combines great service, genuine care, and cleanliness all in one. Highly recommend!“
“If it wasn't for my kids and that occasional craving for a Egg McMuffin or Hot fudge sundae I would probably never visit a McDonald's. For the price, there are far better options for healthier and better quality food. Service however, was good the few times I have visited.
But I saved the worst for last, the dual lane drive thru. This has been one of the worst inventions of this franchise yet. Is it great for McDonald's business? Yes. Is it great for the typical narcissistic American consumer that usually frequents this fast food chain? No.
Hey McDonalds, using a drive-thru shouldn't be a stress inducing event. It's bad enough just going for the sub-par food. Now I have to witness fights or get cut off when in line. It certainly doesn't make me want to visit more often.“
“I’m of the generation - I like human service, not machine self service. For 2 reasons - I like humans, and I don’t like jibs being outsourced to machines for corporate profits. So first I went to the counter to order. The young man was prompt and courteous. Then I sat in the lobby to eat. Some loud hip- hoppy music was playing. When he brought my food - I asked him to turn down, or turn off the music - it wasn’t very breakfasts music . Of course he said. No attitude just pleasant. Good job to this young man / thank you“
