I’m of the generation - I like human service, not machine self service. For 2 reasons - I like humans, and I don’t like jibs being outsourced to machines for corporate profits. So first I went to the counter to order. The young man was prompt and courteous. Then I sat in the lobby to eat. Some loud hip- hoppy music was playing. When he brought my food - I asked him to turn down, or turn off the music - it wasn’t very breakfasts music . Of course he said....read full review
