I recommend Starbucks, but not the one in Temecula on Nicolas rd and Winchester. The management in that store seriously needs to consider hiring new employees to replace the ones working here.

Based on the reviews, this Starbucks Coffee Company is a reliable and friendly location with consistently awesome service. The staff are always extremely kind and have a good attitude, often going above and beyond with customer service. Even with only 2 staff, orders are made promptly and are just what is needed. Specific staff members like Gizele, Ashley, Sabrina, Casandra, and Tammie are noted for making customers feel welcome and for making their day amazing and easy. The drive thru staff are efficient and friendly, and the team was amazing at helping with an email gift card. The friendliness of this location keeps customers coming back, and it is a favorite Starbucks to go to. The smiles and laughs are part of one reviewer's daily routine, and the pumpkin chai is the best this season. This is a great Starbucks with great staff that makes days start off right.
