Even though it’s small, the atmosphere at this Starbucks is great! The service is always top tier and the workers are very nice. :) They’re also very fast!

Truly one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They are consistently awesome here and have been for years. I will literally go out of my way to come to this one. Besides the fact they always get the order right, today I double checked (as I tend to because of a scary incident that happened at a different Stbx) that they had made it with the alternative milk I asked for and the barista who wasn’t the one who made my drink said “you know, I’m not totally sure since I wasn’t the one who made it, let me re-make it so we know for sure”. That is service and I can’t be thankful enough for people who truly care like that. I hate having stupid severe allergies to things that most people don’t, I’m super particular about my orders to avoid what I can’t drink.This Starbucks always delivers

This Starbucks location is by far one of, if not THE BEST in California! I travel daily and they are CONSISTENT with flavor and service! What you order is what you get, DELICIOUS coffee and friendly employees. I go out of my way to stop at this location!

Another nice Starbucks. Like most of them the staff was super friendly and drinks came out fast. They have a smaller store so not a lot of seating but the patio area is a little larger than some others so that works perfect.

This particular Starbucks resides on the low end of customer service, and cleanliness!. Food on the door and under the counters, and the restroom was filthy. Staff were not engaging and professional. In addition, the manager was displaying their anger at the world by slamming drawers and cabinets. Not recommended.
DO NOT go to this location on Friday mornings when the school year starts! It’s packed full of teens and the last two times I went there I left without my drink because the app time is not right. I mobile ordered my drink at 7:55am and left the store at 8:20am with no drink and just my food because I did not want to be late for work. If they know they get slammed on Friday mornings, they should just not allow mobile orders. Especially if the wait times are only approximate.

I came here after school the other day, it was obviously pretty busy and it didnt seem like there was a sufficient amount of workers on shift. However, my pumpkin spice frappuccino and blueberry muffin came out at the right time and they both tasted great. I have no complaints, but if you’re like me and you like to come here right after school, try to get there asap before the line reaches the door

Today is My birthday and I had a wonderful experience at Starbuck. We went to lunch at a local sandwich shop and the service was bad, slow, and they were just not nice and it put Me in bad mood. We went to Starbucks and had just an amazing experience with Tammy, who absolutely made My day. Tammy is so friendly and so were every employee we came in contact with. We visited this location 3 weeks ago and the service was so friendly and amazing also.Thank you so much for the friendly and wonderful service. I highly recommend this Starbucks, We will be back. I took the time on My birthday to right this review because I was so impressed with Tammy and the other Starbucks employees.

The last year this place has gone down hill. From the friendliness of the staff, to the food quality. I feel like I am going through a Burger King, the food is cold, or old and they don’t listen to you when you ask to have it heated. I walked in the other day and no one said hi as I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, they just kept working and ignoring me until one staff member walked in and said we will be with you shortly, she didn’t realize I was standing there for a while while 4 staff members completely ignored me.I have given this place a few more chances and continue to be disappointed. I’m done, I would rather take the trip down to coffee bean.
