our experience at this starbucks was exceptional! although the line was kind of long, it was quick service for the most part. i had to use a bathroom the minute we came in and unlike most starbucks, i was welcome to use it without having purchased anything. bathroom was pretty clean, wish they had paper towels to dry your hands instead of the blower thingy but it's okay. they had a "spread the kindness" thing going on where you wait for your drinks. little papers spread around...read full review
This starbucks's is so slow i came here on my 30 min lunch break and i was still late with getting my food and a drink and for something that's supposed to be quick and go it sucks. The girl taking my order was really nice tho

Too much talking and not enough working... Maybe 5 people in the lobby and it took over 20 minutes for them to make 3 drinks. I was patient until they were standing around conversing about other things. C'mon man.....
