On the weekends or in the afternoon I have trouble getting the drink I ordered. Frozen Strawberry Lemonade. That's it. That's the order. What I get is every other variation of strawberry drink they offer EXCEPT the one I ordered. For a $6.00 drink (which I don't mind, if it's correct) I expect it to be right. No sticker on cup. I have no recourse except this review.
Kathy gave exceptional service this morning. She was really friendly and helpful and I love that I can still get my seasonal apple crisp macchiato! She quickly scanned out 6 gift cards for me and completed two transactions lickety split. Thank you, I dread coming into store kiosks since I have a bunch of kids and drive-thru is just easier for us.
