Unfortunate experience at Starbucks with barista Nina. Awkward interaction as she didn't acknowledge my presence until I greeted her, and even then, my greeting was dismissed. Hoping Nina finds more happiness in her life. ?☕ #

This particular Starbucks, overcharges for a drink I get regularly at other Starbucks... A quadruple shot espresso with steamed milk costs $3.85 at the Starbucks down the street.. across from Esporta...This location charged me $7.45 for the exact same drink.. and refuse to give me Starbucks points by making the excuse they couldn't scan My QR code or the barcode in the Starbucks app.. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere, spend the extra time, going to an actual Starbucks location versus purchasing in the grocery store, You're being ripped off and overcharged for services you can get down the street.. An extra $0.50 or a dollar would be an acceptable Mark up for the convenience of having Starbucks at the grocery store however.. a 100% markup is robbery.. I'm being charged over double what I pay at an actual Starbucks by this location... It's extremely upsetting, considering I'm not a frequent Starbucks drinker, But since I've downloaded the app I can look at prices and historical purchases and I have noticed some pretty big discrepancies from an actual Starbucks location and locations inside of the grocery store. Not only Was I overcharged, The employee at Starbucks refused to give me my drink at the price I've paid in the past.. there was no price matching, management never contacted me to make things right, I've overpaid this location for the two years I've lived here.. And I'm extremely upset and feel cheated by this company double charging for every purchase I've ever made there.

On the weekends or in the afternoon I have trouble getting the drink I ordered. Frozen Strawberry Lemonade. That's it. That's the order. What I get is every other variation of strawberry drink they offer EXCEPT the one I ordered. For a $6.00 drink (which I don't mind, if it's correct) I expect it to be right. No sticker on cup. I have no recourse except this review.

While I went to DMV kiosk, my husband ordered our usual drinks of doppio (hot) and pike coffee with a side of half & half and ice on tall cup. The barista name Kelsey or Kessly (spelling?) who worked on July 20 Thurs. at past 12n, was not giving us "The Starbucks" quality service that we know of. She is by far the stingest barista we have ever encountered. She gave us a merely 2 tbsp half & half, so my husband just simply asked for a little bit more and she replied sorry they cannot give more. So, my husband then suggested to pour it himself (from pitcher) like how they used to pre-covid and she said they don't do that. I stepped in, as it became ridiculous for her to decline his simple request, I held up my Pike coffee and asked "Even I cannot have a cream for this?" She then, grabbed a new cup and poured the half & half in. I felt ridiculous just writing this scenario that took place over a cream but I think it is important that this barista should not make it hard for customers to feel like we are asking for something too much when we are the only customer at the time. We spend hundreds every year to go Starbucks for its convenience and quality service so this place I will never go back again and warrant the 1 star. All other Starbucks in the area are superb at customer service, just not this one. Re-training this particular barista should be the priority so you don't lose more customers.

I have been going here for years it is my local grocery store. I am disappointed in the inconsistency in allowing customers to scan their phone for points, which plays a huge role in the part of why I return to starbucks, to get my points even when paying with a separate card. Sometimes they say they do scan the starbucks app and sometimes they say they cant. I went here last week and the employee was very kind with helping me get my points by scanning my phone, even though I still had to insert my card to pay I got my points. Today when I returned, the women who helped me was getting frustrated by slightly raising her voice at a confused elderly women in front of me which I understood so I was very polite with her afterwards. I asked her to scan my phone and she said it is impossible, when I politely mentioned the lady from last week she told me that she was pretending. I would have appreciated a more professional response and proper training so customers can earn their reward points. Thank you.

I absolutely love this location. The barista‘s are amazing, and on most occasions they already have my coffee made before I get to the ordering desk

Kathy gave exceptional service this morning. She was really friendly and helpful and I love that I can still get my seasonal apple crisp macchiato! She quickly scanned out 6 gift cards for me and completed two transactions lickety split. Thank you, I dread coming into store kiosks since I have a bunch of kids and drive-thru is just easier for us. The one thing I didn't like is my drink was made before the couple in front of me and then they forgot one drink in my order. So they gave me my coffee, then made the next two drinks for the customer's that had ordered in front of me then proceeded to do the next order after me. I stood at the pick up window to inquire about my second drink and instead of apologizing for forgetting, I kind of got a snippy "yeah, that's coming up next." from another employee. That wasn't very nice.

Highly disappointed in my experiences here. I have been here on multiple occasions and my drink order has come out wrong every time. On my most recent visit, which will be my last, I walked up to order as there was no line. In the middle of giving my order, the barista, Christina (Nina), cut me off to speak to a coworker who happened to walk up behind me. They began speaking about their tips, and then the other employee told Christina she wanted a drink. Both Christina and the employee looked at me, as I stood there, waiting to finish giving my order and said, "oh we'll be with you after this." Both employees proceeded to continue with their conversation while ignoring me, the paying customer. It is not only unprofessional for the two employees to discuss how customers tip, but also unprofessional to ignore a paying customer to prioritize a fellow employee. It's a Grind, is on my mind.

If you like coffee, as in regular coffee, Starbucks is the worst. Coffee that tastes like old charcoal isn't exactly a good taste. Charred coffee. Burnt.

Always decent, gets you woke when needed. Go for the blonde roasts and cold filtered coffees for higher caffeine content.
