Every Barista I have encountered has been delightful, kind, respectful, and their attention to details is fenominal. They greet me every night by name and are very pleasant to see on a daily. By far my favorite starbucks and I refuse to go to any other. Thanks to the crew, you are greatly appreciated. From your regular venti chai lady!!!“

“I always have a great experience at this location on Oak Valley in Beaumont! Especially when the supervisor, Veronica, is there. She is always so sweet and welcoming. She remembers the drinks I like and is always working so fast to get everyone in and out timely. The company is lucky to have someone like her who is so hard working and really makes sure the customers leave happy. Customer service jobs can be some of the most stressful jobs out there, but she always has a smile when I walk in and thats not always easy to do. She's the reason I'll keep coming back to this location because I know I'll be taken care of.“
