Placed a mobile order for a traveler, I was short on cups and the barista stopped and grabbed me more. It’s the first Starbucks I’ve been to that stopped and acknowledged me when I said “ Excuse me l….” I should have gotten the guys name.
This Starbucks has always done me well. Have never had an issue with my drinks/food and everyone is always very nice. I usually frequent this place anytime before noon. Yes the line is usually long but if you come here and you're a local, that shouldn't be a surprise. I usually only get a brown sugar shaken espresso w cold foam and I must say it is very consistent here. Definitely my go-to Starbucks

I was in the lobby tonight and saw a crazy interaction at the counter. Some lady was screaming and calling the girl names and she was totally unfazed. Not gonna lie this girl has a bunch of tattoos and I thought she was going to put this lady in her place! Since Karen kept threatening to call corporate I thought they should know this girl handled herself better than I would. I hope this gets seen by the right people.
