Order the Chicken Bowl at drive thru. Received a finely chopped thin layer of chicken, on bed of rice and bean. Price increased as well. Should be named Rice Bowl!
This location was up and down for little wile but with new staff and more staff it hasn't gotten a lot better. Each time I have gone since the improvements its has been great . The food and the workers are always great now one of the drive through lady's will even sing your total out which always makes me smile .
My friend brought me food from there during recuperation from a surgery so I know nothing about the inside of restaurant but the food was delicious. She said service was good and people were very nice.

El Pollo Loco is a popular restaurant known for its tasty and satisfying meals. The atmosphere is pleasant and clean, and the staff is often friendly and helpful in addressing any issues that may arise. The menu offers a variety of options, including the well-liked corn salad. While some dishes may not always meet expectations, the overall experience is generally positive.
The restaurant has received mixed reviews from customers. Some have praised the incredible food and the great team, particularly a shift supervisor or manager named Blanca who ensures any order issues are promptly corrected. However, others have reported less satisfactory experiences, with complaints about the price, portion sizes, and the quality of the chicken, which was described as reheated and tough.
Despite these varied opinions, El Pollo Loco remains a favorite spot for many, with a commitment to providing a pleasant dining experience.
