This location was up and down for little wile but with new staff and more staff it hasn't gotten a lot better. Each time I have gone since the improvements its has been great . The food and the workers are always great now one of the drive through lady's will even sing your total out which always makes me smile .
My friend brought me food from there during recuperation from a surgery so I know nothing about the inside of restaurant but the food was delicious. She said service was good and people were very nice.

David at El Pollo Loco in Beaumont provided excellent customer service. The food was excellent, and he handled everything quickly and efficiently.
