“The service is great very kind and well spoken crew in my opinion they have the best tea in town the food was good however the size of the strips I got for my meal could have been some what Bigger that's just me saying however I'm grateful and can't complain the atmosphere is comfortable and not to loud...“

“The chicken was excellent as always. I was disappointed; however, about the side salad that I ordered. When I got home and opened the container, the salad was old (brown) and wilted. Obviously, it was at least one to two days old. Please do not serve old salad to your customers. I paid $30 for a mini meal and expected to have all my sides fresh.“

“This location was up and down for little wile but with new staff and more staff it hasn't gotten a lot better. Each time I have gone since the improvements its has been great . The food and the workers are always great now one of the drive through lady's will even sing your total out which always makes me smile .“

Salsa bar spotless. Encouraged me to enjoy the salsa. Drink station spotless. Table tops clean, seats and floor clean. When order was called by a young male team member he waited to see if everything was acceptable. Looked me in the eye and said, "Please enjoy the rest of your day"! Such a pleasent experience. I will be sure to tell my friends and family about this exceptional El Pollo Loco. They deserve absolute congratulations for maintaining quality, friendliness and cleanliness. Thank you.“

“Yesterday I tried the Wednesday special that was the chicken fried steak at the Yucaipa KFC. It was amazing! The mashed potatoes with the milk gravy were the best potatoes I've had from there in years. And I'm so pleased they have the great tasting biscuits back. My whole family loved it.
