Chili's Reviews
We go at least 3 times a month. Can't beat that 3 for me price.
I dont know what happened to food in America...well I think we all do but yes just like 90% of all corporate food chains the food is just not good and also outrageously priced. Had the hot wings which are of of the hardest things to mess up and unfortunately they were extremely dry almost like beef jerky dry. Nashville sauce was also not horrible but not great. And for 8 mediocre at best wings costing almost 20.00 it just makes you feel like they are either doing it on purpose...read full review

Chili's Grill & Bar offers good food and drinks at reasonable prices, with $6.00 Margaritas that customers enjoy. The staff is generally friendly and works hard to provide a good experience, though the service can be slow, especially during busy times. Some customers have noted that they had to wait longer than expected for help, which can be frustrating. Many appreciate the food, with items like the crispy eggrolls and adult beverages receiving positive feedback, though some dishes have been found lacking. The "Baby Back Ribs" were mentioned as being notably dry, and brisket quesadillas were sometimes described as tasting like cafeteria food. The burgers, while large, were described as greasy.
The atmosphere can be lively but may feel cold inside. Some customers noticed unpleasant smells from cleaning towels, and the interior design is not very appealing, resembling a cheap sports bar rather than a cozy place. Despite these issues, the restaurant remains a decent choice for casual dining, with a mix of hits and misses on the menu. The affordable prices and friendly service help keep customers coming back, even if some meals don’t meet expectations. The toilets are reported to be clean, and the staff, like Ari, are praised for good customer service and a positive attitude. Overall, many enjoy the large portions and tasty food, especially the fajita, and are willing to visit again.
