If I could gibe it zero I would they don't make the drinks well I get a qaud often and it tastes milked down ive had them make it over few times should have to ask.. really disappointing. Save your money go to a different location!!

Megan was very very rude. I came to redeem my birthday gift and it was my first time doing that , so I was asking how it worked and she was just so rude replying all my questions. I even asked if she could be more polite (I felt embarrassed how she was treating me). Bad bad birthday experience!
ive been going to this location for quite some time and over the years ive seen them just go downhill to rock bottom. they cant make a strawberry acai lemonade without it being so watered down. yesterday, i ordered an ice caramel macchiato but not only did they give me my order wrong once but twice, somehow they put almond milk when i did not mention anything of almond. the young blonde girl gave me attitude for no reason... how hard is it to take an order and make it? if i could i would go behind the counter and make it myself. i should have just gone to my local coffee shop after finding out this company supports israel. at least they would have gotten my order right.

I was in the lobby tonight and saw a crazy interaction at the counter. Some lady was screaming and calling the girl names and she was totally unfazed. Not gonna lie this girl has a bunch of tattoos and I thought she was going to put this lady in her place! Since Karen kept threatening to call corporate I thought they should know this girl handled herself better than I would. I hope this gets seen by the right people.

Nasty. People, start looking for better options. This place it’s worse every time. They just don’t pay attention. I order a pumpkin spice frappe decaf. They gave me a caffeinated frappe supper strong with no flavor at all. It was just blended caffeinated coffee with milk for $6?

For the price they charge for everything....horrible. the store was dirty as well as the employees. The lady that waited on me made me feel like she did me a favor in talking to me. They are not the only Starbucks. I will never be back. Shame on you district manager or owner for letting the store look worse than a fasti foog buger place.
