Your beautiful hotel and our time at the amazing Counter Reformation was a highlight of our time in Palm Springs. The young woman at the bar was delightful and we very much enjoyed our warm conversations with her and other guests at the bar. Thank you for a lovely moment of connection, delicious wine, and warm bread! Counter Reformation is a must see destination when in Palm Springs!
Like others point out this is a wine bar so no spirits other than wine and limited beer. There are no tables. There is simply a bar. The ambiance is wonderful and the theme is carried out well. The bar stools, while attractive leave much to be desired. While visually impactful they seem flimsy and are difficult to maneuver in and out of. We had a great time! The menu is tapas style and wines by the glass come in 3oz or 5oz. We tried 2 different wines per tapa and it was superb! The food and wine here is always excellent! Laura was our server and she was great! We had the bar singing like we were on an American Idol audition…it was fun!
