Well the resort was under construction during our visit.....the food was good. My girlfriend loved the oatmeal where she normally doesn't!? I hate oatmeal and well, theirs as well 😏
Eggs Benedict were ok...asked for poached medium the yolk was hard 100%... pancakes are fine... huevos rancheros also ok - I'll never understand why the use of a tostada shell under the beans and such - just turns to rubber and is distracting and inedible

We stayed for one night on July 15th, and were bummed that Norma's restaurant (along with the hotel lobby) are under constructions the whole summer. However, Norma's is temporarily housed in a yoga room at the hotel gym area (hence the 3* for atmosphere). We ordered the Crispy skin Branzino and the Claws and Chips gone fishing. We are quite impressed by the quality of the food and the attentive service. We can't wait fort the renovation to complete and return.
Norma’s at The Parker is, without a doubt, my favorite place in Palm Springs. It perfectly balances a cool, funky aesthetic with just the right amount of chic, elevated glam. It’s a cheerful, bright space that immediately makes any meal feel like a special occasion.
