This restaurant is a neighborhood coffee shop where customers go for conversation, work, or people watching. One regular, who has been a loyal customer since 1997, visits 3 to 5 times a week and orders the same tall coffee with cream every time. They have two issues: the music is too loud, and they were told to get their own cream from the bar, which they find unsanitary.

Another customer noted that their drink was messed up twice, but a staff member named Liz fixed it perfectly. Most staff are not very friendly or warm, but the lobby, bathrooms, and retail and food sections are clean and well-stocked. Customer service was great at another visit, with a clean place and a nice cup of hot cocoa. A daily customer appreciates the management for keeping employees well trained and always satisfied. Another regular always has a great experience, finding the location nice and clean, with friendly staff who are quick with orders. During one visit, Liz and Talia went out of their way to fix a drink order for a daughter, even running to get cookie crumble, making the experience special.
