A wonderful addition to Palm Springs. We especially love that Bougainvillea is locally owned and family-run, which gives the restaurant a warm, personal feel.

Small family owned and operated fine dining restaurant. The quality is AMAZING. Although it’s only been open for 9 months, I know they are here to stay. You can tell there is passion for the food that is made and the ingredients are all fresh. The calamari melts in your mouth, and the pesto is to die for. We came to Bougainvillea last night and had such a lovely experience from the moment we walked in. The service and food are top tier! I’m a vegetarian and they offered to modify the pesto rigatoni and it was delicious.

Bougainvillea Fresh Cuisine is a new gem and a hidden gem tucked away in a small strip mall in Palm Springs. This tiny, family-run restaurant is small and cozy, offering a superb and charming ambience that is cozy, elegant, and full of charm. It is an exceptional dining experience that exceeds expectations.
The food is some of the best in town, with Michelin Star standard quality. Everything is super fresh, delicious, and prepared in a novel way with elevated flavors. Dishes are outstanding, divine, and delish, reflecting passion and attention to detail. Specific standout dishes include the pastor ribeye steak special, the bolognese, the roasted cauliflower, the burrata and beet salad with pickled grapes, the sea bass special with squash puree and corn salsa, the seafood fettuccine, and the Profiterole for dessert. Everything is seasoned and cooked perfectly, with well-balanced flavors and impeccable presentation.
The service is great, outstanding, and first class. The staff is warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making customers feel welcome and well taken care of. The service is efficient and well-coordinated. This is a restaurant that deserves a 100% recommendation for those seeking excellent food, impeccable service, and an unparalleled atmosphere.
