There were absolutely some five star aspects to this restaurant. The food was delicious, our waiter (Lucas I think) was awesome, cocktails are fabulous, and the pictures don't do justice to how quaint and romantic the courtyard is. Yum Deluxe! Brunch yesterday was an enchanting experience for my husband's special birthday. How lucky we are to live in the Palm Springs area with the best restaurant under the desert sun. Sure, it's a bit pricey, but you'd have to fly to Manhattan or Paris to get a comparable meal--and at two to three times the price--without the special amenities, the flair that Le Vallauris offers. Outstanding food in French style. Dinner on the patio is the best. Waiter was ok. But for the price service was pretty casual - started taking order from men before ladies, food served to men first, food served by passing across table when it was easy to walk around the table. I will still return because of the kitchen not the service.
