“This is the best pizza I have had! My delivery was fast and by accident it wasn't completely accurate when we received it, humans make mistakes. When I called to see if it could be fixed they were so apologetic and instantly and very kindly corrected it. Honestly, best pizza in the west! Thank you so much! Everyone, go get you a slice.“

Earlier today I came in and the young lady who helped me, Jenna i believe, was super great on helping me out her service was awesome. The food came out quickly, and it was better than I expected. Usually pizza is a sloppy mess but this time around the proportions were great it was very enjoyable, will come again!“

The line for pizza was backed up into the store, and I have to say that Cara, who was behind the counter, was a ray of sunshine on a cool, windy day. She was totally focused on each customer's needs, treating every individual like a family member. When someone wanted pizza by the slice, she gave them the biggest slices. She made sure to upswell. She did her best to make everyone's experience positive despite the wait. It was the most beautiful part of my day. When I ordered, I told her she was doing a wonderful job. She smiled and said, "You're going to make me cry in front of all these people!" So Cara, I think you are a wonderful person. You stand out in a city like this. I hope more people like you come around. And I pray for your salvation.“

“We order pizza from Palermo Pizza as most of the regular Italian restaurants were closed for August here in Palm Springs, CA. Madison and his daughter Sammi were great and the pizza was excellent. We shall be returning and hopefully the restaurant will be back serving inside soon! Thank you Matisse and Sammi for your great service.“
