“What a total surprise having a quick lunch here the other day while visiting Big Bear. This is the first time we have rated a McDonald’s in the States a “5-star,” that is usually reserved for the McDonald stores in Europe. Wow, the staff was friendly, helpful and the food was freshly made – total surprise just how good the food was or maybe we were really hunger. We would like to give a “shout-out” too Valiant and Roxanne (manager), for making this a quick and wonderful visit. Valiant was just a perfect gentleman, professional, helpful and quick to make us feel right at home – thank you. We visit Big Bear at least twice a year and this was the first time we ate here, but now, we will be back.“
