“I was expecting just another fast food teriyaki bowl but this was way better than it had any right to be... The chicken was so juicy and the rice was perfectly sticky. Its alot bigger than I thought too so the price is fair for what you get. We stayed a while just chatting and the staff was really cool about it, definately coming back.“

“FINALLY...my carne asada burrito meat don't taste like it was printed in a computer lab. $14 for an asada bean and rice burrito. Everything was flavored and i had meat all the way through my burrito not just on the top or bottom. Well be back“

“I gave this location four stars overall and two stars for service and two stars for atmosphere solely because of the drive-thru AI... I have come here many times over the years and recently it seems they have adapted an AI drive-thru attendant, it also seems a bit understaffed. The AI kept asking me the same questions over and over again I would answer and then it would eventually come back to the same questions finally I got through it but the AI if you're going to keep using it needs a lot of calibration.“

“I’ve never had a bad experience until yesterday. All of our chicken was dry, rice was burnt and our salad was old/wilted /slimy. We didn’t get any salad dressing, napkins or cutlery. We paid $40 for the family meal and it all sucked. 👎🏻“

“These gals are excellent at listening. When placing my phone order she went over it 3 times with me and read it back perfectly.
Upon picking it up she again confirmed where she put everything so nothing was missing. More professional than most! And our food was excellent, fresh and hot. They put plenty of shrimp on our tacos. Shredded beef enchiladas really impressed my oldest son. And the side of sour cream is nice and big, too.“

“I have been at this Jersey Mike's store in 2017. Quite a long time, before this pandemic. I visited this establishment, when I came to visit my relatives in High Desert. There was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. The place was neat. The wait time to order food, and for food to be served, was not long. Furthermore, the staffers, working here, were friendly, helpful, and polite. Too bad, I cannot dine-in. Nevertheless, they offer food delivery. Still, when this pandemic is over, I will definitely visit this establishment again, with my family!“

“Food and service was awesome. The reason I’m making this post if I left my wallet at this location without knowing. I was looking for it the whole week and I have some very important things in there. One of the workers, that I unfortunately didn’t get the name of drove my wallet all the way to my house in hesperia. Which is almost a 30 min drive. I wish I had cash to reward her for it. Whoever that was thank you for your kindness, God bless you for you going out of your way and returning it. Management.. she needs a raise.“

“I tried ordering their family pack online but there was no option for it. Decided to go in and they now have a kiosk to order. Searched the kiosk and couldn't find it there either. Lady working the drive thru stopped to help me and they did indeed have family packs you just can't order on the kiosk. Their card machine on one kiosk also wasn't working. She did do my order for me and was super friendly and helpful. Food was good and hot.“

I have New Twister combo! First, the fries... Said had no more! Top of a ranch... 😆 Second, this Nuggets... dipping Buffalo sauce; so good and tasty! 😋 Three, Raspberry Iced Tea! 😁 Last, the Twister with bacon! Crispy, crunchy, tasty, melt-you-mouth! The BEST chicken ever had! 😍🤤❤️🍗 So full! 😅

“I dined in and what can I say I loved the food and I gave them a 5 star rating for the food and for the service but the atmosphere was kind of weird cause there was a smell I don’t know whether it was the restaurant bathroom or just whether it was the food but there was a weird smell. “My son and I have been coming here about once a week for the past few months, and it’s become his favorite spot. The staff is always super friendly, and the food has been consistently great no complaints at all. They even went the extra mile and cut my son’s burger in half since he currently has a cast. Little things like that really mean a lot. We’ll definitely keep coming back.“
