Based on the reviews, Pieology Pizzeria Apple Valley is a create your own pizza place where everything is made to order. The pizza is good with a good red sauce, and the BBQ sauce is pretty good. The salads are big and beautiful. The canzone is also available. The atmosphere is nice, clean, and awesome with a lot of seating. It is a good value and reasonably priced, though prices have risen since it opened. The pizza size is about a medium. Customers recommend adding the ricotta to the pizza and watching the pizza cook. The staff is usually friendly, though one experience had a young lady who was soft spoken and not friendly. One pizza was a little undercooked, and another was overcooked but was redone. A downside is that the restaurant does not offer plates for dining in. The bathroom was not clean and understocked. It is not the cheapest pizza, but it is highly recommended.
