Papa Johns Pizza offers hit and miss food quality, depending on the staff. One customer enjoyed the best Gluten-free pizza ever with friendly service, while another faced disappointment and a waste of money due to an incorrect order. The prices may be a bit high for the portion size, but the staff is accommodating and willing to remake orders when necessary.
