Bad delivery service made my daughter cry by how rude he was

I ordered on Wednesday. Walk in take out. One of the best Gluten free pizzas i have ever had. Service was amazing. Friendly and prompt.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly crust amazing

Pizza was delivered folded in half and only partially cooked. This was absolutely disgusting. When I called and asked to speak to the manager about our delivery, the person that answered refused to give me their name and refused to tell me the name of the store manager. Not only did we waste $50+ dollars, we were still hungry. Would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. Beware Apple Valley!

The WORST pizza we have ever had! Ordered mushrooms, pepperoni, onions. I swear they took one pepperoni and cut it into 5 pieces, and also the same with the mushrooms. I did find ONE slice of onion. Cheese tasted awful and the so called garlic stuffed cheese crust had NO GARLIC taste at all. Sad all the around.

My order was marked ready, but when I went in they told me it was still in the oven. I waited around 20 minutes before they realized it had been sitting on the rack the whole time. All they offered was to make me a new one, but they had already wasted enough of my time. Incompetent employees, do better.

Delivery Driver left food outside by the time I found it it was cold and bugs had gotten to it. Hire new delivery drivers!
When here for pizza, they didn't have change for $100 bill, what kind of business is this, I had to go to Pieology, which was great.

This place is awful. My order came to $90 for 2 pizzas and 2 orders of garlic knots. I was at work when I ordered this for my family. When I got home , my husband was mad because he was hungry. I asked why i ordered u guys pizza. He said thats not the Ny that they advertise. When i got from work, the store was closed, so I couldn't do anything about it. I called to get it straightened out today. This is what I was told by the manager" Since the pizza had 6 pizzas missing from it ( kids ate 3 a piece) they didn't know it wasn't what I ordered that!!!! I had to pay for the pizza all over again and he would give me a 50% discount. WTH....I didn't say replace the whole order, just the absolute wrong pizza. I was given a reg pizza . I ordered an Ex lrg New York square cut. I knew I called this place papa Caca for a reason. Customer service is a joke. Watch out for this place. He tried to compare with Applebee's. " If you order and start to eat it ,you can't return it . Bullshit. If it's wrong , then it's wrong. They fix it or remove it from the bill. -1 stars.

i called the restaurant regarding a question i had and the lady on the phone was just very rude for no reason and grumpy and hung up on me. didn’t get her name but watch out for a angry lady at this papa johns at 10am mondays!!⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️she WILL be rude.

Order some pizza online got there and the order was incorrect they literally made me a brand new order the pizza is a little bit pricey for what we got but it is what it is
