Sadly this place not good to compare to other places in Orange County where I live , we have experienced either rude customer service, missing items from our order & chicken being dry. Every table is dirty with food buildup from multiple previous customers. The bathrooms are disgusting. I won't be coming back and don't recommend, plenty of other local spots that are cleaner and better quality.
While El Pollo Loco offered a decent variety of grilled chicken options, I found the overall dining experience lacking. The service was average, and the atmosphere felt somewhat generic. The flavors were okay, but not exceptional, leaving room for improvement in terms of taste and uniqueness.

I'm giving a 3 because I love pollo loco. The chicken was burnt and tasted like it had been sitting around under the heat lamp for a long time. The workers lacked customer awareness skills.
