I didn't know this location was here. Passed by it all the time. I wanted a frosty & seen this location was here. Looks brand new & the overall experience was outstanding. Custom service was in point, the frosty was like I remembered & the food was excellent. I highly recommend this location to eat if you want to be treated right & your food to be cooked & prepared deliciously delicious!
I just want to shout out the crew on Cactus today around 6pm
I went in the drive-thru and had to park to the side since I had a rather large order. I appreciate them packing the order nicely, so nicely that here I am writing a review before even taking my first bite. Everything was organized and I appreciate the young man repeating the order and advising me how it was packed when he brought it out to my vehicle. And the different types of sodas were marked.
I was amazed at the service this Wendy’s has to offer. Sophia was nice and helped with an accommodation. She cleaned diligently in between helping customers, it was nice to eat around a clean atmosphere. The small amount of time spent there, you can tell they cared for each customer.

This new Wendy's location on Cactus Avenue, near the 215 Fay entrance, offers a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant is clean and modern, featuring a fun Coke freestyle machine and open, graffiti-free restrooms. Employees are consistently friendly and helpful, providing very fast service, even during slower business hours. The morning crew is nice and patient, making it a welcoming spot for families, though the environment is typical for fast food. While prices have increased, the food quality remains good for a fast-food establishment, with hot and fresh meals. The Baconnator, although missing lettuce, was well-prepared, and the manager's friendly service added to the positive experience. Crystal's customer service was highlighted as great, even when the bacon mushroom burger did not meet expectations. Overall, this Wendy's location provides a reliable and enjoyable dining option, with kid-friendly meals and accessible parking.
