The heavy set Hispanic man, I guess he is the manager. He started to take my order then turned around and started preparing the food. I stood there and watched him touch money,then touch the food without washing his hands. Nasty, dirty. I will not be coming back here at all.

They forgot the our frosty and even forgot to give us a straw. Our order was after the busy hours and they still got the order wrong! When i called they refused a refund unless we drove back which was a waste of gas at that point! They are thieves here! Do not waste your hard earned money here. The manager was rude.

Food was over cooked. Burger was dry and the fries were too done. Not what we came to expect from Wendy's. Next complaint goes straight to Corporate leaders. Chicken wrap was on a stale tortilla and lettuce was old and wilted.

I was a loyal customer, never had an issue. Alway got my order right. Sadly my experience a few days ago made me never wanna go back. I had a few coupons that I was trying to use, keep in mind the coupon doesn't state that it's a one per visit,per day per person like Carl's Jr say. So when I tried to order food for me and my family, i was told that I could only use two. I stated that the coupon did not say that, and the coupons should be honored. I was told that they would not honor them. I also asked if this was a store policy or what? I was told yes, it was a store policy. I asked. Well, is this per 2 coupons per transaction to which I was told yes. I told them we'll, imma use 2 of my coupons, pay and come back around and re order.. immediately, I was told that no, that was not allowed. I canceled my order and took my business elsewhere. If this this is how you treat your customers I won't spend my hard earn money here.

They only have salads as vegan/ vegetarian options. Not very fresh, Wendy. TVP exists, and if you want fresh items, you can season tofu to taste like bbq.

They customer service was horrible,Me and my husband went to get food around 10pm it was no one in the drive thru…they had us pull in the front, it took 3 min and our food was cold! Very disappointed
