Subway in Moreno Valley

“Returning home after running errand, noted that I had a tire problem with my vehicle. Pulled into the local tire repair shop and was advised that my “beast” had acquired a nail during our outing. Rather than sitting in a hot, noisy repair shop, left the vehicle, and walked across the street to Subway to obtain lunch. This Subway sandwich shop must be one of the smallest and most compact shop in the Subway franchise. Space is limited, but this does not distract from the outstanding service provided by an extremely helpful and friendly staff. There menu consists of various sub sandwiches with a plethora of different meat choices. Recently Subway added the “Series” sandwiches to the menu. The “Series” consists of 12 irresistible subs with a wide selection of toppings. Each is outstanding and comes in a foot long (12 inch) or a 6-inch meal. After reviewing the menu, selected the #11 Subway Club. Received my lunch 10 minutes after ordering. Sandwich contained sliced roasted turkey, Black Forest ham, Roast Beef, provolone cheese, all piled on multigrain bread and topped off with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and mayo. The meat was perfectly sliced, well-seasoned and outstanding in taste. Cheese and other condiments added the right touch to a perfect sub sandwich. Prices are reasonable, and a foot long will set you back $6.99. Well worth the cost for a delicious sandwich. Excellent service and super good food. If you are in the mood for a sub sandwich, strongly recommend visiting Subway. Most definitely will be returning to sample other Series subs.“

“Great place if you like sandwiches and they have a great variety of different toppings to choose from to customize your sandwich. I always get the tuna footlong along with the six cookies for $5. I don't have to worry about seeing Jared either. I'm just kiddingParking: They have several parking spots there but there are also several different businesses all around so it'll make it a little complex trying to find a decent parking up front“

“I live closer to the Pigeon pass location, but I travel further to this one on Sunnymead because of the superior customer service I receive. I'm greeted when I walk in, and I'm told it will just be a minute to finish up another customer. I order my classic Italian, but if I'm not sure of the toppings, she'll clue me in on the most popular selections. Unlike the Pigeon Pass location, the young people working here don't make you feel like you're wasting their time!!“

“I came to this Subway and received excellent customer service from Asja and Casey. Asja did a great job making my footlong Spicy Italian. She made sure everything on my sandwich was just the way I wanted it and the store was very busy at the time. I also saw her do the same for every other customer that she helped. Asja and Casey remained calm and polite to every customer in the store. I was very impressed. Casey rang up my order and I made a point to tell her that they were both doing a great job. Awesome job ladies. Keep it up.“

“Finding a fast food establishment that has not only good food but good service is hard to come by now days. After walking into the store I was greeted to friendly faces and “hellos”. I have always received great service from this store and due to this I have been going there for the past year. Throughout my time visiting I have seen what exactly the staff have to endure first hand. From customers complaining because they wanted more spinach to yelling at the new staff over a small mistake. After talking to several of the staff members I learned that several of them are still in high school!! People complain yet they don’t understand that some of the staff are still kids. Do better citizens of Moreno Valley and stop putting your selfish needs first.“

“Subway is one of my favorite places to go for lunch and dinner. The manger is great and nice to the customers for the employees I think they need to be little more kind. I am not saying all the employees are bad but if your going to serve food you can at least smile and talk when the customers ask you a question about the menu.“

“Don't come here too often but when I do the workers are always very nice. It can get a little hectic when school lets out and the place is already small as can be when it comes to a subway. Guess it doesn't matter too much when most people are only going in to grab a sandwich and take off, but if the line gets pretty long there's almost no room to squeeze by people.“
